I took a chapel from when Eric Samuel Timm was here and pulled random parts of the sermon and tried to make it funny. I didn’t know what I was doing so it might sound bad.

Groovy Groove

I recorded my sound this morning. I really enjoyed walking outside and ended up with an interesting and slightly obnoxious sound. I had trouble embedding the SoundCloud link.

A Mysterious Clicky Sound

When working on this assignment. trying to find time and the right room was hard. But I was able to capture sound from my zoom H1 recorder and was able to turn it into something great.

Clickity Clackity

Yeah so this was very annoying and it would not let me embed. My roommate was making noise and people outside in the hall were also making noise. It ended up working out pretty good though.

Mystery Sound

The hardest part about this project was finding a quiet enough place to record. A couple times when I tried recording, a roommate would come in and I would have to stop recording. But in the end I was able to have the room quiet for long enough to get the sound.

Sometimes Personal Space is a Good Thing

For this project, I decided to get up close and personal with my roommate during a mystery part of her daily routine.

Even though I enjoyed using such a high quality recording device, I can honestly say I was thoroughly grossed out listening back on my audio. I think my roommate and I both learned a valuable lesson from this project: sometimes personal space is a good thing.
